Audemars Piguet Ultra-Complication Universelle (RD#4)

Audemars Piguet's Code collection Ultra-Complication Universelle, reference 26398OR.OO.D002CR.99, is a chronograph in an 18-carat rose gold case measuring 42 mm across and 15.55 mm thick. The openworked dial sits under a sapphire crystal, exposing the mechanics of the self-winding calibre 1000 beneath. This movement combines a minute repeater, a tourbillon and a flyback chronograph, alongside a double chronograph and moon phase display among its functions. Date is also indicated. The case is paired with a black alligator strap closed by a folding clasp in rose gold. Given the complexity packed into the movement, water resistance is modest: the case is rated to 30 metres.
