The blue opal dial sits under a sapphire crystal and carries a small seconds subdial. Inside is the hand-wound calibre 2956, which drives the Grande Sonnerie Supersonnerie mechanism along with a petite sonnerie and minute repeater, ringing the hours and minutes on demand. This combination places the watch among the most complex chiming pieces Audemars Piguet has produced. The blue alligator strap closes with an 18-carat white gold folding clasp.
