The blue dial, finished with guilloché and flinqué enamel work, sits under a sapphire crystal. Inside is the hand-wound calibre 2956, built to sound the Grande Sonnerie, Petite Sonnerie and minute repeater, with small seconds as the sole subsidiary display. Few watches attempt this trio of chiming functions in a single case. The watch is fitted to a textured black leather strap on an 18-carat white gold folding clasp. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres, modest but fitting for a piece built for the ear rather than the pool.
