Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Grande Complication, reference 26341ST.OO.1105ST.01, is a chronograph in a 44 mm steel case. The openworked dial exposes the self-winding calibre 2885, viewed through a sapphire crystal. This movement combines a minute repeater, a perpetual calendar and a split-seconds chronograph with small seconds, a rare grouping of complications in one case. It is issued as a limited edition, which suits the hand-finishing such a movement demands. The steel bracelet closes with an AP folding clasp, matching the case in both material and finish. Despite the mechanical density beneath the dial, the case still carries a 50 metre water resistance rating.
