Audemars Piguet Flying Tourbillon

Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Concept Flying Tourbillon, reference 26228OR.SS.D314CR.01, measures 38.5 mm in rose gold. The case is 11.6 mm thick and sits under a sapphire crystal, opening onto an openworked dial. Inside is the manual-winding calibre 2951, a hand-wound movement built around a flying tourbillon with a power reserve display. The piece is set with diamonds, part of the invisible sapphire and gemstone setting that runs across the case and dial. A light blue alligator strap closes with a folding clasp in rose gold, itself set with baguette-cut stones. Water resistance is modest for the collection: the case is rated to 20 metres.
