Audemars Piguet Flying Tourbillon

Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Concept Flying Tourbillon, reference 26228BC.ZZ.D011CR.01, measures 38.5 mm in white gold and stands 11.6 mm thick. The watch is set with diamonds. A manual-winding calibre 2951 drives the movement, visible through the openworked dial that exposes the flying tourbillon. Power reserve is displayed alongside the hours and minutes. The skeletonised construction leaves the mechanism largely uncovered, with a sapphire crystal protecting the front. A hand-stitched white alligator strap closes with an 18-carat white gold folding clasp, itself set with diamonds. Water resistance is a modest 20 metres, in keeping with the watch's dress-jewellery character.
