Audemars Piguet Flying Tourbillon

Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Concept Flying Tourbillon, reference 26227BC.YY.D326CR.01-A, comes in an 18-carat white gold case measuring 38.5 mm across and 11.4 mm thick. The dial is openworked, with a sapphire crystal over it. Inside is the manual-winding calibre 2951, which drives a flying tourbillon and a power reserve display. Both are visible through the cut-away dial. The watch is fitted to a hand-stitched blue alligator strap, closed with an 18-carat white gold folding clasp set with diamonds. This is a women's model, sized accordingly at 38.5 mm. Water resistance is a modest 20 metres, in keeping with its dress and jewellery orientation rather than sport use.
