The Landeron 48 is a manual-winding chronograph caliber originally produced by the Landeron ébauché maker and used by TAG Heuer during the 1940s and 1950s. It belongs to the vintage caliber family and was not manufactured in-house by Heuer. The movement powered several of Heuer's early chronograph references from this period before the company transitioned to in-house chronograph movements in the modern era. Production is discontinued.
