Seiko caliber V175 is a solar-powered chronograph movement manufactured in Japan. It maintains accuracy of ±15 seconds per month and stores enough charge for approximately six months of operation, including up to one hour of chronograph use daily. A low-power indicator activates when the 9 o'clock small seconds hand begins ticking at two-second intervals, at which point the chronograph function is disabled until the watch is recharged. The movement includes overcharge protection and is part of the Seiko V series, alongside the V172, V174, and V176.
