The Seiko Prospex, reference SSC261, is a chronograph with a 46.1 mm steel case. The case measures 11.4 mm thick, with a water-resistance rating of 100 metres. Solar-powered calibre V175 operates for approximately 6 months when fully charged. Over the dial is a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on the inner surface. The dial has a date display; a three-fold clasp with push-button release fastens the watch. Movement accuracy is plus or minus 15 seconds per month. The lug width measures 24 mm; elapsed time is measured in increments of 1/5 second. LumiBrite appears on the hands and indices.
