The Alpina 575 is a manual winding movement made by Alpina, based on the Universal 259 caliber. It measures 8 3/4 lines in diameter and contains one jewel with no shock protection. The movement features an ingenious design in which a single component replaces the traditional setting-lever spring, yoke, and yoke spring. It includes a small seconds display and was commonly used around 1945 before being discontinued.
