Union Glashütte
ActiveGerman watch manufacturer offering Glashütte-quality watches at accessible prices, part of Swatch Group since 2000.
Union Glashütte was founded in 1893 by clock wholesaler Johannes Dürrstein with the goal of offering Glashütte-quality watches at more accessible prices. The original company ceased operations in the 1930s during economic hardship. The brand was revived in 1996 and acquired by the Swatch Group in 2000. Union Glashütte watches are manufactured with the same vertical integration and quality standards as Glashütte Original, offering German watchmaking excellence at competitive price points. As part of the Swatch Group's High Range division, the brand maintains traditional Glashütte craftsmanship while serving a broader market.
