Otsuka Lotec is a Japanese independent watch brand by Jiro Katayama, known for industrial, instrument-like displays inspired by cameras, gauges and mechanical tools.

Jiro Katayama trained and worked in automotive and product design before experimenting with metalworking on a small lathe around 2008.
