Otsuka Lotec is a Japanese independent watch brand by Jiro Katayama, known for industrial, instrument-like displays inspired by cameras, gauges and mechanical tools.

Jiro Katayama trained and worked in automotive and product design before experimenting with metalworking on a small lathe around 2008. He began selling watches in 2012 while refining his mechanical display language. Otsuka Lotec later gained international attention for models such as the No. 6, No. 7.5 and No. 9. The No. 6 won the 2024 GPHG Challenge Watch Prize.
