Founded by Thomas Fleming in 2024 after three years of development. Fleming, a Stanford graduate with no prior watchmaking background, assembled Swiss specialists including Jean-François Mojon at Chronode for movements and Comblémine for hand-decorated dials. The Series 1 Launch Edition debuted March 11, 2024, producing under a dozen pieces monthly. Family-funded with no outside investors except brand ambassador Casper Ruud. Series 2 sports watch in development with Emmanuel Gueit.
