Ulysse Nardin's Marine Torpilleur, reference 1183-310/40, has a steel case measuring 42 mm across. The case stands 11.1 mm thick and pairs with a white lacquered dial set with Roman numerals. A sapphire crystal covers the dial, and the self-winding calibre UN-118 drives the watch from within, offering 60 hours of power reserve. Small seconds and a date window sit at six o'clock, with a power reserve display adding a further practical touch. The movement uses a DIAMonSIL escapement and runs on 50 jewels. An alligator leather strap completes the piece. Water resistance is rated to 50 metres, enough for everyday wear away from the water.
