The Ulysse Nardin Grand Bleu, reference 793-300, has a 44 mm sapphire case, a flying tourbillon and an alligator leather strap. Measuring 12 mm thick, the case carries a water-resistance rating of 30 metres. The openworked dial displays hours and minutes beneath a sapphire crystal. The watch is a limited edition of 18 pieces. Sapphire bridges and main plates expose the mechanism through the transparent construction. Manual-winding calibre UN-79 has a power reserve of 96 hours and 12 jewels and runs at 21,600 vibrations per hour.
