Rolex Day-Date 40 mm

The Rolex Day-Date 40, reference 228398TBR-0036, is a men's watch in 18 ct yellow gold with a 40 mm case. The case measures 12 mm thick, with a monobloc middle case and screw-down crown and back. The bezel is diamond-set, and the dial is diamond-paved with baguette-cut diamonds. A sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date. Inside is the Rolex calibre 3255, a self-winding movement with 70 hours of power reserve and chronometer certification. The watch shows the day and date, set with diamonds throughout, and is fitted with a President bracelet in yellow gold on a concealed folding Crownclasp. It stays water resistant to a depth of 100 metres.
