Rolex Day-Date 36 mm

The Rolex Day-Date 36, reference 128235-0068, measures 36 mm across in Everose gold. The case carries a fluted bezel and a screw-down crown, both in the same rose gold, and the dial sits under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date. That dial is cut from green aventurine and set with diamonds, giving it a finely crystallized surface. Inside is the calibre 3255, a self-winding Rolex manufacture movement with a power reserve of about 70 hours and Superlative Chronometer certification. The watch shows the day and date in apertures alongside a central seconds hand. It is fitted to a President bracelet in Everose gold, closed by a concealed folding Crownclasp. The screw-down crown helps hold the case to its 100 metre water resistance rating.
