Rolex's Day-Date 40 mm, reference 228349RBR-0046, comes in 18 ct white gold and measures 40 mm across. The case stands 12 mm thick and carries a diamond-set bezel. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date. The white mother-of-pearl dial is set with diamonds, paired with a self-winding calibre 3255 movement certified as a chronometer. Day and date appear together in apertures near the crown.
