Rolex Day-Date 40 mm

The Rolex Day-Date 40, reference 228349RBR-0045, comes in an 18 ct white gold case measuring 40 mm across and 12 mm thick. The bezel is diamond-set, giving the case a sparkling finish against the polished gold. Inside is the calibre 3255, a self-winding Perpetual movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours, certified as a Superlative Chronometer. A Cyclops lens sits over the date on the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The blue ombré dial shows the day and date, along with central seconds, and the screw-down crown adds a further layer of security. A President bracelet in matching white gold closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp. The case is waterproof to 100 metres.
