Rolex Day-Date 40 mm

The Rolex Day-Date 40, reference 228349RBR-0003, is a men's dress watch with a 40 mm case in white gold. The case measures 12 mm thick and pairs with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal that carries a Cyclops lens over the date. The bright black dial is set with diamonds, and the bezel is diamond-set as well. Inside runs the self-winding calibre 3255, a Superlative Chronometer movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. Alongside the date, the watch shows the day of the week spelled out in its aperture, set with a screw-down crown. The President bracelet, also in white gold, closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp. Water resistance tops out at 100 metres, courtesy of the screw-down Twinlock crown.
