Rolex Day-Date 40 mm

The Rolex Day-Date 40 mm, reference 228345RBR-0025, is cased in 18 ct Everose gold with a diamond-set bezel. The case measures 40 mm across and 12 mm thick, with a sapphire crystal bearing a Cyclops lens over the date. Inside is the calibre 3255, a self-winding Manufacture movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours and Superlative Chronometer certification. The slate ombré dial pairs with day and date apertures, a central seconds hand, and is set with diamonds. A rose gold President bracelet, with semi-circular three-piece links, closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp in matching gold. The screw-down crown, part of the Twinlock system, keeps the case waterproof to 100 metres.
