Rolex Day-Date 40 mm

The Rolex Day-Date 40 mm, reference 228345RBR-0009, comes in Everose gold with a diamond-set bezel. The case measures 40 mm across and 12 mm thick. It runs on the self-winding calibre 3255, a Rolex manufacture movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours, and it carries Superlative Chronometer certification. A sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date, and the day and date both appear instantaneously in apertures on the chocolate dial. The watch is set with diamonds. It comes on a President bracelet in matching Everose gold, closed by a concealed folding Crownclasp. The screw-down crown, with its Twinlock system, helps keep the case waterproof to 100 metres.
