Rolex Day-Date 40 mm

Rolex Day-Date 40, reference 228345RBR-0008, measures 40 mm across in rose gold. The case stands 12 mm thick and pairs a diamond-set bezel with a Sundust dial finished in sunray brushing. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with Cyclops lens sits over the date. Inside is the self-winding calibre 3255, a Rolex manufacture movement with a chronometer certification and about 70 hours of power reserve. The dial shows day and date alongside central seconds, and the bezel itself is set with diamonds. A President bracelet in matching rose gold closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp. The screw-down crown, part of the Twinlock system, helps keep the case waterproof to 100 metres.
