Rolex Day-Date 40 mm

Rolex Day-Date 40, reference 228345RBR-0002, measures 40 mm across in Everose gold. The case stands 12 mm thick and holds a diamond-paved dial set with 10 baguette-cut diamonds, framed by a diamond-set bezel. A sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date, and a screw-down crown protects the movement. Inside is the calibre 3255, a self-winding Rolex movement with day and date functions and Superlative Chronometer certification, giving roughly 70 hours of power reserve. The watch is set with diamonds throughout the dial and bezel, and the President bracelet in matching Everose gold closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp. Rolex rates the case to 100 metres of water resistance.
