Rolex Day-Date 40 mm

This Rolex Day-Date 40, reference 228239-0076, has a 40 mm case in white gold and stands 12 mm thick. The fluted bezel is a Rolex signature, and a sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date. The blue ombré dial darkens from centre to edge and shows central seconds, day and date. Inside is the calibre 3255, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours, and Rolex certifies the watch as a chronometer. The President bracelet, in matching white gold, closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp. Its screw-down crown, part of the Twinlock system, helps keep the case rated to 100 metres.
