Rolex Day-Date 40 mm

Rolex Day-Date 40 mm, reference 228236-0010, cased in platinum. The case measures 40 mm across and 12 mm thick, fitted with a fluted platinum bezel and a screw-down crown. A Cyclops lens sits over the date on the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, above a white lacquered dial. Inside is the calibre 3255, a self-winding perpetual movement offering around 70 hours of power reserve and Superlative Chronometer certification. The watch shows day and date in apertures alongside central seconds. It is fitted to a platinum President bracelet with a concealed folding Crownclasp. The Twinlock crown helps hold water resistance to 100 metres.
