Rolex Day-Date 40 mm

Rolex Day-Date 40, reference 228235-0032, measures 40 mm across in 18 ct rose gold. The case stands 12 mm thick and pairs a fluted bezel with a screw-down crown, part of the Oyster architecture that gives the watch its water resistance. A sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date, and the white dial shows the day and date in apertures alongside central seconds. Inside is the calibre 3255, a self-winding Rolex manufacture movement with approximately 70 hours of power reserve and chronometer certification. The watch is fitted with a President bracelet in rose gold, closed by a concealed folding Crownclasp. With its screw-down crown sealed, the watch stays water resistant to 100 metres.
