Rolex Day-Date 36 mm

The Rolex Day-Date 36, reference 128348RBR-0070, is a 36 mm case in yellow gold. The Oyster case has a monobloc middle and a screw-down crown, with the dial sitting under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a Cyclops lens over the date. The bezel is diamond-set, and the white mother-of-pearl dial is set with diamonds as well. Inside is the calibre 3255, a self-winding Perpetual movement with roughly 70 hours of power reserve, certified as a Superlative Chronometer. The watch shows the day and date, a function it has carried since its introduction. It is fitted with a President bracelet in yellow gold, closed by a concealed folding Crownclasp. The screw-down crown, part of the Twinlock system, helps keep the case waterproof to 100 metres.
