Rolex Day-Date 36 mm

The Rolex Day-Date 36, reference 128239-0005, is a 36 mm watch in 18 ct white gold. The case pairs a fluted bezel with a screw-down crown and closes under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date. Inside is the calibre 3255, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours and Rolex's Superlative Chronometer certification. The silver dial shows the day and date in apertures, along with central seconds. These remain the watch's defining functions, set apart from any complication beyond timekeeping and the calendar. It fits on a President bracelet in matching white gold, fastened with a concealed folding Crownclasp. The case is waterproof to 100 metres.
