Rolex Day-Date 36 mm, reference 128238-0088, in 18 ct yellow gold, measures 36 mm across. The fluted bezel is a Rolex signature, cut directly from the gold case. A carnelian dial set with diamonds sits under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date. Inside runs the self-winding calibre 3255, a Superlative Chronometer with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. The watch shows the day and date, along with central seconds. It comes on a President bracelet in yellow gold, closed with a concealed folding Crownclasp. The screw-down crown helps keep the case waterproof to 100 metres.
