Rolex Day-Date 36 mm

The Rolex Day-Date 36, reference 128238-0051, is a 36 mm case in 18 ct yellow gold. The bezel is fluted, a Rolex signature detail, and the case pairs with a President bracelet in matching yellow gold. A sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date. Inside is calibre 3255, a self-winding movement with roughly 70 hours of power reserve and Rolex's Superlative Chronometer certification. The dial is diamond-paved, set with diamonds alongside baguette-cut sapphires, and shows both the day and date in apertures. The bracelet closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp, also in yellow gold. Rolex rates the case to 100 metres of water resistance.
