Rolex Day-Date 36 mm

Rolex's Day-Date 36, reference 128238-0008, is a 36 mm case in 18 ct yellow gold. It has a fluted bezel and a screw-down winding crown, and the dial sits under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date. Inside is the calibre 3255, a self-winding mechanical movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours, certified as a Superlative Chronometer. The champagne-colour dial is set with diamonds, including baguette-cut stones at 6 and 9 o'clock, and shows the day and date through apertures. This is a president bracelet watch, with the gold President bracelet closing on a concealed folding Crownclasp. Rolex rates the case to 100 metres.
