Rolex Day-Date 36, reference 128235-0085, measures 36 mm in rose gold. The case carries a fluted bezel in the same gold and a sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date. Inside is the calibre 3255, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of around 70 hours and Superlative Chronometer certification. The blue-green dial is set with diamonds and shows the day and date, along with a central seconds hand. This is a dress watch built around Rolex's own manufacture movement rather than any sport complication. It sits on a President bracelet in rose gold, closed by a concealed folding Crownclasp. Behind the screw-down winding crown, the case holds a water resistance of 100 metres.
