Patek Philippe Rare Handcrafts 992, reference 992/190G-001, is a pocket watch in white gold measuring 44.1 mm across and 9.15 mm thick. The white dial carries hand-executed guilloché work beneath a flinqué enamel decor depicting a planisphere, with small seconds set into the composition. A sapphire crystal covers the dial, and the piece is set with diamonds. Inside is the manual-winding calibre 17''' LEP PS, offering a power reserve of 50 hours. This is a unique piece rather than a series production model, delivered with its own white gold stand and a companion chain and medallion. Patek Philippe notes the case is humidity- and dust-protected only, with no water resistance rating.
