Patek Philippe's Pocket Watches 980, reference 980R-001, has a hunter-style case in rose gold measuring 48 mm across and 9.9 mm thick. Two hinged covers protect the front and back, with the crown set at 3 o'clock. The silvery dial has vertical satin finishing, rose gold applied Breguet numerals and matching Breguet-style hands, viewed through a sapphire crystal. Inside is the manual-winding calibre 17''' SAV PS, a movement of 155 parts carrying the Patek Philippe Seal. It runs at 18,000 semi-oscillations per hour with a Breguet balance spring and offers a power reserve of at least 50 hours. Small seconds sit on the dial for a secondary reading. Patek Philippe notes the case is protected against humidity and dust only, with no water resistance rating.
