Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 6002R-001 is a 44 mm rose gold watch built around one of the firm's most complex movements. The case measures 17.35 mm thick and is hand-engraved across the lugs, crowns and slide piece. A sapphire crystal covers the display back, showing a sky chart on the reverse of the double-faced case. The front dial is Grand Feu champlevé and cloisonné enamel on an 18K gold plate. The manual-winding calibre R TO 27 QR SID LU CL drives a minute repeater with cathedral gongs and a tourbillon, along with a perpetual calendar and moon phases. Power reserve runs to 38 hours. The strap is patinated chestnut alligator with a hand-engraved rose gold folding clasp. Patek Philippe rates the case as humidity- and dust-protected only, not water resistant.
