Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 5374/400P-001 is a platinum watch with a 42 mm case. The dial is white Balinese mother-of-pearl with a guilloché finish and luminous hands. Two complications define the movement: a minute repeater chiming on two cathedral gongs, and a perpetual calendar showing day, date, month and moon phase at six o'clock.
