Ref. 5373P-001
Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 5373P-001 is a chronograph in a 38.3 mm platinum case built for left-handed wearers. The case measures 12.93 mm thick, with the crown and pushers inverted to suit the layout, and a sapphire crystal reveals the movement through the display back. Inside runs the manual-winding calibre CHR 27-525 PS Q, a split-seconds monopusher chronograph paired with a perpetual calendar showing date, weekday, month and moon phase, along with small seconds. A diamond is set at 12 o'clock on the case. The black calfskin leather strap closes with a platinum folding clasp. Patek Philippe rates the case to 30 metres of water resistance.
