Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 5320G-011 is a perpetual calendar in a 40 mm white gold case with three-tier lugs and a hand-polished monobloc construction. The case measures 11.13 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal with a convex "box" profile, plus a sapphire display back. The pink opaline dial shows luminous hands, indices and numerals, with an in-line day/month aperture at 12 o'clock and a moon phase at 6 o'clock alongside a hand-set date. The self-winding calibre 26-330 S Q drives the perpetual calendar, month, weekday, moon phase and central seconds, and stores 35 hours of power reserve. A chocolate brown alligator leather strap closes with a white gold folding clasp. Water resistance tops out at a modest 30 metres, in keeping with the dress proportions of the piece.
