Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 5304/301R-001 is a 43 mm rose gold minute repeater with a transparent, sapphire-covered dial. The case measures 13.3 mm thick, with white gold inserts on the flanks and diamonds set into the lugs. A sapphire crystal also covers the case back, exposing the self-winding calibre R 27 PS QR LU and its off-centre mini-rotor. Beyond the minute repeater, the watch carries a perpetual calendar with retrograde date, moon phase and small seconds, shown on sapphire disks rather than a printed dial. The pink guilloché dial also shows day, month and leap year through apertures. A black alligator strap with a diamond-set rose gold folding clasp completes the watch. Patek Philippe notes the case is protected against humidity and dust only, with no water resistance rating.
