Patek Philippe Grand Complications 5303R-001 is a 42 mm rose gold watch built around a minute repeater and tourbillon. The case measures 12.13 mm thick, with white gold decorative inserts set into the rose gold. A sapphire crystal case back reveals the R TO 27 PS movement, manually wound and finished with a Breguet balance spring. The open dial shows the hammers and gongs of the minute repeater alongside a small seconds counter at 6 o'clock through which the tourbillon carriage is visible.
