Patek Philippe Grand Complications 5178G-012 has a 40 mm white gold case built around a minute repeater. The case measures 10.53 mm thick and carries a display back with an interchangeable sapphire crystal. The blue dial uses a hand-guilloché swirling pattern beneath translucent Grand Feu enamel, a technique Patek Philippe calls flinqué. Inside is the self-winding calibre R 27 PS, chiming on two cathedral gongs and fitted with a small seconds display. The mini-rotor winding system is made of 22K gold.
