Patek Philippe Grand Complications 5160/500R-001 is a 38 mm rose gold perpetual calendar with a hand-engraved case. The case measures 11.81 mm thick, with engraving across the lugs, crown and strap screws, inspired by a pocket watch from the Patek Philippe Museum. Inside is the self-winding calibre 26-330 S QR, offering 35 hours of power reserve at minimum. The pink dial shows day, month and leap year in apertures alongside a moon phase display and a retrograde date hand rather than a conventional pointer. A sapphire crystal window in the case back, protected by an engraved hinged dust cover, exposes the movement. The watch is fitted to a patinated brown alligator leather strap closed by a hand-engraved rose gold folding clasp. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
