Patek Philippe's Complications 7129J-001 is a GMT watch with a 36 mm yellow gold case. The case measures 8.83 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal over the display back. The dial is lacquered gold and hand-guilloched with an old-basket weave motif, with a city disc indicating world time across all 24 zones. Inside is the self-winding calibre 240 HU, an ultra-thin movement with a 48-hour power reserve. All world time displays correct simultaneously via a single pusher at 10 o'clock, a mechanism patented in 1999. The watch is fitted on an alligator leather strap closed by a yellow gold pin buckle. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
