Patek Philippe Complications 5905

Patek Philippe's Complications 5905R-010 is a chronograph in rose gold measuring 42 mm across and 14.03 mm thick. The case houses the self-winding CH 28-520 QA 24H calibre, a flyback chronograph movement combined with an annual calendar that needs only one correction a year, and it runs with a power reserve of 45 hours. A sapphire crystal caseback shows the movement from behind. The blue sunburst dial carries rose gold faceted hour markers and dauphine hands with white luminescent coating, alongside the annual calendar's day, date and month displays set along an arc. The watch is fitted on a shiny dark blue alligator leather strap closed with a rose gold prong buckle. The case is water resistant to 30 metres.
