The Patek Philippe 5235/50R-001 is an Annual Calendar Regulator in a round 40.5 mm rose gold case with a sapphire crystal and water resistance to 30 metres. The dial has a vertical satin-brushed two-tone finish combining graphite and ebony black, displaying date, weekday, and month indications. It is powered by the automatic calibre 31-260 REG QA, which offers 48 hours of power reserve and incorporates a Pulsomax escapement and a Spiromax balance spring made of Silinvar, both developed by Patek Philippe's Advanced Research department.
