Patek Philippe Complications 5180/1R-001 has a rose gold case measuring 39 mm across and 6.7 mm thick. The case sits with a sapphire crystal back, letting the movement show through. Inside is the self-winding calibre 240 SQU, an ultra-thin construction that is entirely skeletonized, decorated and hand-engraved. The off-centre mini-rotor carries the Patek Philippe Seal, and the pink dial reveals the openworked bridges beneath it. Power reserve runs to 48 hours.
