Patek Philippe's Calatrava 6196P-001 is a 38 mm platinum case with a polished finish and satin-finished flanks. The case measures 9.33 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal over the dial as well as a sapphire display back. Inside is the manual-winding calibre 30-255 PS, offering 65 hours of power reserve and a small seconds subdial with stop-seconds function. The opaline rose-gilt dial wears faceted white gold "obus" markers and dauphine hands. A brilliant-cut diamond is set into the case at 6 o'clock. The watch comes on a shiny chocolate brown alligator leather strap with square scales, closed by a platinum prong buckle. The platinum case holds up to 30 metres of water resistance.
