OMEGA Speedmaster Racing

The Omega Speedmaster Racing 329.33.44.51.04.001 is a chronograph with a 44.25 mm steel case. Thickness runs to 14.92 mm and lug-to-lug measures 50 mm. The white dial sits beneath a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides. Inside is the self-winding calibre 9900, a column-wheel chronograph with co-axial escapement and a silicon balance-spring, certified as a Master Chronometer and resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. It runs on two barrels mounted in series for a power reserve of 60 hours and adds a time zone function alongside its small seconds and date. The case back is display, showing the movement through sapphire. A black alligator leather strap closes with a steel foldover clasp. The case holds a 50 metre water resistance rating.
